How accurate is the video?
We build from your manual: the same part letters, hardware codes and counts, and the same steps in the same order. Where the manual doesn't give a size, we work it out from the overall dimensions and tell you what we assumed. Anything wrong gets fixed before you pay.
What manuals work?
The PDF manual you already ship, with a drawing for each step. Scans are fine if they're readable. A product link or photos help us match colours and finish. Files up to 20 MB.
How fast is it?
The first version arrives within 24 hours of your order, usually the same day.
What if I want changes?
Single includes one round of changes, Pro includes two. Tell us what to fix and we send a new version.
My manual has more than 30 steps.
